I didn't do the jubbley clip up on mine and the top pipe came off while I was driving - not so much of a whistle, more Sherman tank.

Had a problem with my 2.1 making more noise than usual and some lack of boost. It was the turbo hose that had started to crack,its the one that goes from the turbo under the car to the cooler. It had split around the collar and was blowing easy fix though!!
you dont have to remove the engine then? lol
