Amron, Peugeot Customer Care-less" having seen the invoice copies I sent them them proving that the dealer service manager lied to them is still refusing to reimburse me for these parts which were changed for nothing.Having heard my case,do you think it would do me any good contacting "Trading Standards" ,or some other organisation.I am determined this rogue service manager should not get away with this disgraceful treatment of what was a loyal customer.I also want to drag the dealers name through the mud if you know of any sites I could use to do this which Peugeot or this dealer would eventually get wind of.

Thanks

It couldn't hurt to try.

You could stick it on other motoring forums, maybe stick "owner's club" in a search engine and look for the busy ones. Honest John springs to mind, not least because he writes a column for the Daily Torygraph.

Please swear properly on here if you're angry at someone - but the word filter won't let you type w**ker, %$&?, or sh*t for some reason but you can say f*cking or f*cker but not f*ck :cheesy:

I've used Wycliffe in Lutterworth and they're ok - Paul the service manager has been there for at least 15 years as I can remember and is a realistic guy albeit f*cking massive as he stands over you  (thanks Paul for doing a free Global Test on mine :cheesy: ).
