that would be a weak pump or a blocked pipe not giving you the flow to the hp pump so fix that, then keep going with the rest if replacing the pipe work dose not fix it.
did you take the pipe with the whit clip off as i got the feed and return mixed up

Yeah, was a white clip on the right side of the bowl as you look at it. I had the head of the filter off and watched it fill the bowl up as the ignition was switched.

It was plugged in when i was trying to start it, unclipped it so i could get access to the injector pipes and injectors to test them.
I am gonna see if i can whip the loom out tomorrow and see any obvious faults along there???
