Thanks 750frog,

That post of mine is over 2 years old now, but I've been keeping an eye on your progress back home in your Aussie Frogs thread. In addition to that Citroen pump I have sitting in the UK, I've also got a 405 pump on the shelf at home. All just for insurance, but I'll probably never need them. The UK sourced low mileage Epic pump that I put on the car in 2007 when the original started leaking has now done as many kilometres as the original, but it has been running with Flash-Lube diesel additive since it was fitted.

The car is approaching the point at which it is hardly worth spending significant money on it anymore. Any money would be much better spent on my old 1983 505 SRD Turbo.

Good luck with your fine tuning.

THE CONVERSION IS COMPLETE!

Got a pump from UK (dieseljones.co.uk) for a great price delivered to me. Put it all in and sorted tonight. I am very happy with the perfromance and if I had to do the conversion again I think it would only take a day or so!

If you want details on how I did it just PM me, happy to help.

I don't suppose you had any problems with the Bosch fuel pump banjo bolt not fitting inside the Lucas fuel banjo connector did you?

I used the one from the bosch pump, just connected the fuel line to it.
