starting probs

Assistance required please!!!!!!! My 406 3.0 SE Coupe starts when it feels like it-- when it won`t start all the dashboard lights are on but nothing happens when i turn the key??????????????????

Welcome mate
As Steve says; when it won't start have you tried giving the starter motor a tap & trying again?
