Each time the car is started, a loud clicking noise is heard from under the dash on the near side.
I was told it could be a relay that works the radio, anyone with the same problem and fix?

I think that'll be your recirc flap motor jumping teeth, the usual fix is to push the flap open and disconnect the motor.

Or the fan on the way out - Like what mine just did!
