Hi all

The rearmost bush on my NSF wishbone is shot.

How easy is this to do? Complete arm required, or are the rear bushes (the one which bolt onto the car) easy enough to do?

Umm, the almighty Haynes Bol d'ox says you need to take the arm off and use a press I think I know now why no one responded

It's so much easier to replace the whole wishbone arm, probably more cost effective in the long run.

I've not done a 406 one but i've done dozens of others, basically you unbolt the bottom ball joint and seperate it from the lower arm, then unbolt the mountings from the subframe, take care not to damage the ball joint rubber with one of those fork things ( I use a 2lb hammer on the side of the bottom arm mounting, a good crack with the hammer allows the ball joint to jump out), if you are going to use the fork then make sure you have a new ball joint rubber to hand.
Fitting the new one can be a bit fiddly, lining up the bolts on the subfame is sometimes tricky.
