Shouldn't need anything special, just your usual socket set and torx for the wheel arch liner.
Not forgetting cuppa tea and smokes! :supafrisk:

On a side note, having just fitted new belts to my HDi, you will need two people to refit the belt and the best way to get the belt back on is to fit it over all of the other pulleys, leaving only the spring loaded tensioner, you can then pull from above to tighten it and release as much slack as possible. Using a ring spanner (16 mm from memory) and a long piece of tube you can rotate the tensioner pulley back towards the windscreen and then slide the belt under it. If you try to use any of the driven pulleys the ribs get in the way and correct alignment is difficult.

Not sure if this is the best method, just the one I eventually used.

If you look at the spring loaded adjuster you will notice 2 small holes in the belt side of it and one small hole at the back (look to the left of the metal block), get yourself a small allen key (my method) or something to fit through the small hole. Using a 15mm spanner, turn the tensioner block until the small holes line up then fit the allen key through them, let off the tension and this will this will lock the tensioner with tension off, now you can change your belt easily.
After fitting the new belt, turn the tensioner until you can remove the allen key, allow the tension to come on and job done.
