Before today I'm pretty sure I've only ever got 65 in. I didn't even try to squeeze more in after the nozzle clicked.

I'd be keen to get some feedback as to how many litres others have been able get into their tanks before I make a fool of myself accusing the petrol station of ripping me off.

70 to 72 litres is possible.

I never managed it myself because my wallet ran out before the tank was full

I tend to fill up before the low level light comes on, and I usually get 50-60 litres in there, add the 10litre reserve and there's your 70litres. Obviously you'll get slightly more in if it fills up the tank pipe too.

When I bought my D9 the book said I had a 70 litre tank (IIRC) but I managed to get 76 and a bit litres in it at the petrol station first time I filled it.

Its 75 litres. 70 on the user book. 5 litres reserve.

607 has 90 litres including reserve!!

when i got mine it had the red light on so i filled it up got just over 74 liters i, will never do that again a full tank dont help your mpg any pulling all that waight about and defo dont help your pocket

Great, so you spend half your time looking for the next petrol station and if you don't pass one on your daily journey or want to head off to one that's doing some deal you've wasted your money buying it

The most I've put in was just over 78 litres in a D8, but I suspect the pump was sucking in air at that point...
