vibration on my 406 hdi

anybody help me? get a bad vibration between 2100 revs and 2300 rev going up and down rev range benn going on for past 12000 miles or so

had new engine mounts drop links track rod ends tracking done new tyres and balanced

Might be the Dual Mass Flywheel out of balance?. When they get really bad they can be lumpy at idle and start to strike the bell housing

yes it does it in every gear but does it out of gear at a little over 2000 revs, had a box and clutch last year dont know if it had new flywheel
