IAT? I'm guessing Inlet Air Temp sensor?

Power mod? So you've bought a "tuning box" from an auction site?

Best bet is to throw it away. It's a resistor in a box which will lie to the cars ECU telling the air temp is different to what it is, meaning the ECU will pump in extra fuel to make use of the colder air (notice that your car is nippier on a frosty morning?).

It will give you a minute drop of extra power, BUT it'll play havoc with your fuel economy and emissions.

Best avoided if you value your engine.

I don't recall the tubby having an IAT, which is probably about right given it's turbocharged so the temperature will subsequently shoot up leaving the turbo and then be cooled in the intercooler... There may be a temperature sensor attached to the throttle body, there's a few things round there and I can't remember off the top of my head what's what

Yes ther eare 3 sensores at the Throtal body, I'm not sure what one will be for the air temp.
