Hello again everyone.

I've got the 2.1TD engine into my 306 and running, but I'm a little concerned about the cooling system.

I did my best to match it up to how everything was connected with the XUD9, but the water doesn't seem to be flowing very well and I'm struggling to expel air locks. Also, the cylinder head seems to get fairly hot when it runs for a brief period.

At this stage I'm also facing some electrical issues; no speedo and no rev counter, and possibly no temperature gauge. It's always showing pretty much minimum temperature, though hot water may not be reaching the sensor.

Can anyone provide me with a schematic/link to information on how the coolant system hooks up on the XUD11 in a 406 so I can check I've connected everything correctly?

This may be complete cobblers, but I've heard the rev counter signal comes from the injection pump on a 2.1 406
