REAR ANTI ROLL BAR BUSHES

Got a week off days off work. Been hard at work today stripped a lot of the rust off the rear subframe, took a couple of hours with the drill & wire wheel looks much better now. Have a list of jobs to do on the 406. First job is to replace the rear roll bar bushes and the droplinks while i'm there. n/s bush looks quite straightforward no problems getting a ratchet and socket on. One of the bolts on the o/s bush is obstructed by the fuel pipes looks like it could be a bit of a sod to get off.Is there a way round this? Haynes manual doesn't give any indication that this is hard to do? As usual..... :?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Never changed them on the 406, but I've read somewhere that you lower the fuel tank to get at the bolts.

The search engine on this site is one of the best I've ever seen on a forum. No trawling through pages of posts to find your key words, it actually lists the individual posts themselves. Fantastic.

Is the metal clamp that holds the fuel filler pipe on easy to get off? Will it go back on or do you have to buy a new one?

Thanks
