anyone know what thefault codes refer to?

just plugged a snap on scanner up to my 406 and got the following fault codes...
p1435 - diesel additive system
p1442 - additive quantity
p1446 - additive quantity
Any ideas what these refer to?

Have you got an HDi? Are those codes not for the fuel additive that the dealers charge a fortune for (the proper name escapes me atm)?

Yes its a 2.2 HDi
ok, well the tank isnt empty.... will refill it again to be on the safe side! Thats about the only thing the scanner cant do is reset the counter for it though.
does anyone know a way of forcing the bsi to recognise the tanks filled and reset the counter?
