What are these two parts on my engine?*PICS*

im trying to locate the vacuum line to connect a boost gauge and the line on the actuator and boost source to fit a boost controller

Have a look at Bailes' post in the picture gallery subforum. He clonked a boost gauge on his 1.9 and was kind enough to post a photo guide even a simpleton like me could follow.

i know the bottom pic is fuel reg but what is the one on top pic that looks like a dump valve, but its not as i have a baileys
