hi all im new to the petrol peugeot
im having a few problems my s reg 406 has a 1.8 16v im hoping you guys might be able to help me with a few problems
problem one:
i have a miss fire when idleing and when you rev it its still present
problem two:
the top cover that covers the spark plugs one of the alun bolts are rounded is there a way i can get it off without damaging it?
problem three:
i have a vibrate when i go down the revs just above tick over
if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated

Wouldn't be the idle control if it's the same when revved. Check plugs but could be coil pack.
Allen screw is damaged already, if you can't get pliers to it try tapping it round with a punch or cutting a slot in it. Failing that it's out with the drill.
Probably heat shield but it could be a disintegrating silencer.

I'd suggest fitting a new coolant temperature sensor, as it can be the cause of misfiring...
