That'll have the ML5 still so it'll be a piece of cake. Here's one I did earlier

Fairly easy. Jack up, drain (you'll need a square key iirc), remove air filter box+pipe, remove the reverse light switch (22mm socket iirc) and using a funnel slap in 1.9 litres of new oil after closing the drain plug (with a new copper washer!)
