Leaking Hdi High Pressure pump

My 2003 Hdi 110 has started leaking diesel from the high pressure pump

As you look at it from the front of the car, there is some kind of unit fitted to the end of the pump(opposite the cambelt side)with a plug.It is leaking from the underside of this unit, which seems to be fitted with 2 bolts. It only leaks when driving, quite badly.
I would assume that if i unbolted it i would find some kind of O ring or seal that would need replacing.Has any one removed it themselves,& is there anything inside that might "fall out" if you see what i mean.
The unit is at the end of my finger in the pics. Thanks in advance

Have no idea whether it's easily fixed or not - maybe a diesel specialist?
Spotted a couple of potential replacements on fleabay: 180562220344 & 180563517327
2nd one's brand new for £150 which could be a bargain.
ServicePox is down so I can't check part no.s

Thats just what i was after thanks Steve
I`ve taken the valve off but cant see anything wrong.Just going to cut a new gasket with some gasket paper to see if that fixes it.My local dealer has ordered a new gasket(no 5 in the pic),will cost a £2

.And the whole valve costs £295 + vat
Thanks

hi all,
I have a peugeot expert 2.0 hdi 16v 2004 model. Recently it has had a smell of diesel whilst driving and has struggled to start in the morning. Well in last couple of weeks when its been really cold it wont start. Until the battery just dies. But if i jump it with leads on another battery and keep cranking it , then eventually it fires and is perfect from that point onwards, no problems with it after that what so ever.
When i started investigating i noticed a small patch of diesel on the floor and whilst looking under the bonnet i noticed the high pressure fuel pump looked kind of wet underneath it, as i touch the bottom end of it, it is very wet with diesel.
Do you think this is what is causing the problem?
Kind Regards

Any leak in the high pressure side of the pump is bad news for instant starting if at all.
The output pressure is monitored on the common rail and will not allow the injectors to fire if it is too low.
The Electro valve is the gadget that regulates the fuel pressure on the pump, it is driven by the ECU that supplies it with variable width 12v pulses.
