Car is juddering when going a steady speed

ive noticed my sri is juddering when im crusiing along, say 30mph in 3rd, ive just put new plugs in so cant be this, any ideas?

Probably need a new top engine mount. Suggest changing the big pear-shaped bush (about £20) first

i had an engine mount changed not long ago, cant remember which one but was vibrating at around 2.5k rpm i think it was.

So was it juddering before you changed the plugs?

yh it was doing it before i changed the plugs so was hoping it would be the plugs but it still does it, strange. my air intake pipe split so its cut in half and an induction cone is bodged onto it lol, but it seems quite tight around the pipe, would this cause it?
