Needle lift sensor resistance.

Afternoon all. Does anyone know the resistance values of the needle lift sensor, I have a feeling that the one on my 2.1 has gone bye bye, the reading I get back when testing is 600ohms, and occasionally 350ish ohms. Thanks in advance guys.

Autodata give the resistance as 100-140 ohm between pins 1 and 2 of the sensor for the XUD11BTE engine.
