Right, once you've got the belt cover off there are two bolts to lock off the pump and one to lock the cam (think it's m10 thread), to lock the flywheel the hole is up behind the starter motor, you can either fiddle with your fingers and an allan key or use a mini roller handle (like you'd use for glossing).
Once the cam, pump and flywheel are locked you can get the old belt off, change the pump and put the new belt on (you WILL use a new belt!), replace the roller & tensioner if you get them in your kit. (cost a bit more but it's better for peace of mind.) Tensioner will need you to loosen the engine mount a bit.
The belt should run cam - pump - roller - crank - tensioner IN THAT ORDER. take the locking pins out, turn the engine over twice by hand, then refit the pins (to check the timing is sound)
job jobbed.
Allow time for tea breaks, seized bolts, cold hands (drain the coolant first!), and take your time.

Before i forget, the awkward engine mount against the inside of the drivers side wing has 3 16mm head bolts in it, you'll need to find them using the force though.

oh, and there's another 10mm bolt on the back of the cam belt cover, that'll be the reason you can't get it off. It's a few inches down from the cam, tight between the turbo feed pipe.

It's a very big job, but if you think you could follow detailed instructions I will post them up for you.
