but still felt like quite a bump, couldnt see any damage on bumper apart from cracked headlight washer, and couldnt see any damage when i looked under the bonnet, is there anything i should be looking for? im really hoping theres no internal damage, im hoping the bumper took it all but it did feel like quite a bump

I had that once - not head on, but managed to spin into the hedge. Look under the front bumper and check if the PAS pipes are not bent and not leaking.

I had a slight disagreement with a deer in summer, i won deer didn't.
Bent the aircon rad with a some other parts, aircon rad bent back into place with a huge crow-bar
I like it when you can fix things with either, a, hammer or b, crow-bar.

well i started if up earlier for first time in week and all seemed fine, apart from its squeeking as the clutch is gone lol, sounds like fan belt but is clutch (i hope lol), radiator looks fine from what i can see, i guess if i test the air con and it works then the radiators fine?

There a tuff old bus! Mine got into a disagremant with another motor before I bought it for £500. Came off worsed but hasnt given up. Airbag warning light still comes on but cant get it reset as I sold the good airbag to a more needy person than me (I do have an air bag steering wheel in but it's disconnected, connections broke). Why the airbag warning light came on for a side swipe I dont know. No air bag deployed during the colision. But I dont care about the air bag warning light, so long as it starts and the cd player and heater works. It is being broken slowly, but it's too good to break all at once, and what else would I get about in? Allready sold some of the best stuff off it and replaced it with a lesser item off a breaker car. Sold the 4 way switch for the electric windows yesterday and replaced it with one where the passenger window wont open, just to help someone out. That's not oil under the front near side, just a water puddle. I park the car on my block paved drive, doesnt lose any fluids
P.s They've all been wacked when I've bought 'em, cant stand to see good cars go to waste

if the car seems fine i wouldnt worry about it,
if any problems accure you will soon see
and if the air bag didnt go off it wasnt that hard of an impact really ....

you soon can tell any imperfections in the chassis if its been affected in an accident.
