Looks like they reckon you can get 210bhp out of a 2 litre HDi

ive tuned xud's before and there easy, i had a xud in my xsara and that did 125.3bhp on the rollers only mods were the cone filter, all i did was turn the pump right up and upped the boost to 18 psi
