From reading up on their site it seems they know a thing or two about Oil Burners.

Not everyone likes diesels - in fact the motoring press seemed dead set against diesel engines until a couple of years ago. They're loud, noisy and the fuel stenches, plus you have to change gears all the time. (I like diesels - I'm just pointing out the problems.)if the hdi engine was that easy to tune to silly bhp figures then the pug petrol range would not exist.
ARG THE DERV CONVOOOOO!!!!!!Foxy wrote:I would be interested to see 'real' power figures from these tuning boxes and remaps. Guy I know had a 206 HDi90 and he paid quite alot of money for a '130bhp' remap by a pretty well known tuning company.
When he had it on the rollers it made 118bhp. Not happy
Anyway bhp in meaningless in diesels as the engine cant rev high enough to make to the most of them. Its all about turbo torque in the smelly dervs. Having almost 300lbs of torque available from 1400rpm in the new 2.2 twin turbo must be a fantastic drive..... That is until you get to 3000 rpm and have to change gear pmsl
That'll be me then in my 6 when the guys in these rubbish UK Turbo versions try to out run me ! ! silly, silly buggers lol taken a few in my time ! ! lolMalachy wrote: its like the impreza boys always quoting there flywheel figures, the 4wd system on an impreza is AWFULL you get about 40-45% losses through it so yes it can launch but once past launchand rolling, a decent 2wd with 2/3rds of its power will probably show it a trick or two
