Found these:

From reading up on their site it seems they know a thing or two about Oil Burners.

I daren't contact them because I will not give up on the quest for getting it done then
I would be interested to know how much though, 160BHP is the highest I've seen and looks as though they take care to address charge temps aswell.

160bhp is quite easily achieved on a 110HDi. Just remap to 150bhp, add Induction kit, Stainless Steel Exhaust and Decat easily 160 prob more like 170bhp. Add a bigger Intercooler, upgrade Turbo to reach 200bhp+.

is the hdi intercooler larger than the d8 1.9 and if so are they interchangable? very tempted to start some engine mods but its now up to 191k,

Not wanting to dis anybody in here, but why do people think that if it says 20bhp on the box and you go buy 10 boxes, you get an instant extra 200bhp. I know little bout tuning cars but i know to many things make a car worse, eg work against each other, and if the hdi engine was that easy to tune to silly bhp figures then the pug petrol range would not exist. Just my small opinon...rightly or wrongly.

Not everyone likes diesels - in fact the motoring press seemed dead set against diesel engines until a couple of years ago. They're loud, noisy and the fuel stenches, plus you have to change gears all the time. (I like diesels - I'm just pointing out the problems.)
I find that any engine is easy to get power from; I got 215bhp at the flywheel out of my last 2.0 turbo just by adding an exhaust, air filter and bleeder valve! And my car could still have done with a lot more power! All engines on everyday cars come "de-tuned" to some extent.
Finally, claiming you can get 40mpg out of a performance car that's had its bhp boosted by 50% is blatant bulls**t - how on Earth can you get good mileage when you're ragging a car's balls off, or when the car is drinking fuel to achieve its new performance threshold?

Hmmmmmmm was that a dig???
Who getting 40mpg with 50% increase?
im getting same mpg 43 - 48 mpg with chip...110bhp to approx 140bhp, im happy at that

I would be interested to see 'real' power figures from these tuning boxes and remaps. Guy I know had a 206 HDi90 and he paid quite alot of money for a '130bhp' remap by a pretty well known tuning company.
When he had it on the rollers it made 118bhp. Not happy
Anyway bhp in meaningless in diesels as the engine cant rev high enough to make to the most of them. Its all about turbo torque in the smelly dervs. Having almost 300lbs of torque available from 1400rpm in the new 2.2 twin turbo must be a fantastic drive..... That is until you get to 3000 rpm and have to change gear pmsl

ARG THE DERV CONVOOOOO!!!!!!
but they dont have 300lbs of torque at the wheels,
because of the short rev range dervs have to run taller gears this in turn reduces the torque significantly more than on a petrol, so your 300lbs of uber derv torque soon turns to about 200lbs or less at the wheels and still only last for a few thousand rpm before its all gone :/
its all great having these flywheel figures but they are not usable on a derv engine because it wont rev.................... and will need gearing down to allow it to achieve any speed.thus removing a heck of a lot of the torque and power.
i donthave anything against dervs i use one as a daily driver (205stdt with a bit of a screw mod on it, and have owned a fair few others) and its nippy i would guess just shy of 100bhp (80bhp stock) now a 1.6gti would trounce me from any speed any gear they run 105bhp with less torque. go figure.
its like the impreza boys always quoting there flywheel figures, the 4wd system on an impreza is AWFULL you get about 40-45% losses through it so yes it can launch but once past launchand rolling, a decent 2wd with 2/3rds of its power will probably show it a trick or two

I agree with Malachy on Diesels, the power comes in one big lump, then its all over, 'feels' powerful, lots of gear changes but no match for a petrol (in a race).
However; for cruising, lugging, workhorsing, plodding, mile-eating .....the Turbo Diesel is a very decent set up.

Don't knock them too much...I was surprised once by the 150bhp golf GTTDI. I got past fairly quickly up to about 75ish and his gear change knocked him back but he stuck with me pretty well up to about 135 (ahem....private road!) and only after that speed could i drop him...however, I have a friend with one and he says around the town he barely gets 30mpg...

Those Golf TDis are amazing. I drove the 150bhp version at work on the motorway and it gets up to speed soooo easy. Stick it in 6th gear and it's doing 2000rpm at 80mph! What an engine...

Agreed... my weekend toy is an E reg Ford Escort RS Turbo, which has a proven 177bhp @ wheels (approx. 200bhp @ fly, but I don't bother with flywheel figures cos they are a guess at best) and I regularly take on Impreza Turbos with it.
They generally nail me at the lights due to traction cos I can't get the power down till I'm in third, but once I am... I catch up at around 70mph and from then on it's seeya scooby!!!* it's not all about power though, check out the kerb weight of an Impreza WRX 06 (1495kg) against my 16 year old Ford shopping trolley (980kg) and it becomes easier to understand why I can blow them into the weeds.
