Oil pipe to turbo D9 HDI110

Just had a full service, during which a few issues were picked up.
The girl at Peugeot called when it was ready and told me there were a few problems, the most 'important' of which was a blown side light bulb
In my opinion the worn brake pads + discs and leaky pipe rate a bit higher than the bulb!
Anyway, just wondering if it's easy enough for me to do or if i should entrust it to a professional? As far as I know it's the pipe that feeds oil to the turbo. I'm thinking this could lead to expensive repairs if I don't fix it soon...
