I'm more interested, and surprised, at how you managed to bag yourself such a unique user name - 406 I thought that would've been used up long ago :o

Where in the world are you from - I'm sticking my neck out here and thinking it's not Derbyshire

I'm not exactly sure what this "psi tuning box" is but we usually advise people to avoid tuning boxes because all they do is force the engine ecu to increase the fuel pressure. I presume this is an inercooler from an HDi 110 you have fitted but perhaps it is something more interesting. Whatever else you do, modify the exhaust etc. you should finish off by removing the tuning box and getting it remapped so the engine is mapped to work with whatever you have done to it.

It is interesting that you feel it is more than 80Kw now, perhaps you should experiment with these modifications on a rolling road.

What is the weather like in Finland?

Yes, maybe remapped is only good and right way to do it. Weather is -4 celcius and dry. Snowy... and there??

remap adds 30hp i beleive, is it really worth it ??

might be better to just buy a faster car and not a diesel :? :? :? :?

That is a good point - why spend lots of money when you could spend it buying a better car? This is your decision though...

+4 in Croatia with horrible wet snow :( I don't know about GB, their weather seems to have become very strange lately.

Definitely a remap, but I remember many moons ago somebody talking about replacing the cams as well? To give greater valve opening???
