flywheel..

tell me if this is a stupid idea because somthing makes me think it is but im gonna ask anyway
will it be ok pouring water onto the flywheel why its spinning... the idea is to try and clean it all (try)
just since changing the thermostat and coolant fell in there and it seems to have stopped the judder
its really baffling me now .

I wouldn't, you're likely to make everything go rusty including the release bearing. Even after that antifreeze I'd take it for a nice long drive to warm it all thoroughly or you might end up with the clutch plate rusted onto the flywheel

iagree mate.
itl make it go rusty and might make problems,
just keep running it if there is any Contamination on the clutch or preasure plate, itl /shouid burn off Eventualy on its own,

its pointing more towards engine mount to me anyway.
more or less everytime i turn the engine off now you can feel the engine shake and make a knock...

thats what mine does mate,
no knock tho as someone

- as filled the Fubard mount with something so its not metal on metal ,, (idid it lol )
