XUD Injectors

I was having a nose through service box last night and noticed something slightly concerning.
After putting my VIN in and pulling up the diagram that shows the fuel injection system one of the injectors is shown with a sensor attached to it. I have no such injector, nor anywhere to plug the sensor in if there was one there.
Am I wrong to think that putting your VIN into service box should pull up your exact engine and components ????

Thanks for the answers gentlemen, I don't recall seeing any sensors when trawling scrapyards except maybe on a 2.1?

Maybe it's a bosch/lucas fuel pump thing???

My bro's S-reg 1.9 has one - & the (Bosch) ecu seems to use it to monitor the injection timing, as it can report requested & actual timing advance via PP2000.

(Surprised me too).
