10.5 litres (but do not put this amount in if your using concentrated antifreeze)

i got this info from castrol and comma websites

put 4 ltrs in if the systerm has been drained compleatly then top up with water.

i would recommend a 50/50 mix . thats what i've always done

but craigs way will also be fine as well

its best to use the long life stuff aswell unless you plan on changing it every year.
