buzzing noise!!!!

Ive picked up my 1997 lx dt 2.1 today and driving it home for the first time ( about a hundred miles) was accompanied all the way by an annoying buzzing coming from somewhere around the passeger air bag area,its not a constant tone , it reminds me of someone having a shave with an electric razor! im thinking a dodgy relay behind the dash? any ideas?
