well the old girl needed a few bits and bobs but nothing major but iwas a bit nervous on the emissions mines a 2.1 diesel d8 and anyting under 3 is a pass on the smoke test.now as minehas done 174000 miles i was quite wary but she dosnt smoke so i was feeling fairly confident so go on place your bets and have a guess at what it was .

yes it was i was there when they did it and have the print out they do it six times and my poor car never gets reved like that in real life t he first one was 2.75 but the bloke says the first one is always high then it just fell all the way down had a couple of 1.3 then it had 3 that where under 1.0.
but my car does get a oil change every 2 months so maybe this helps and it had new air and fuel filters the day before the test.

oh yes it was also done at halfords as they had a half price mot offer on.

Pah !!! it was really 10 but he butt fooked the tester and he passed it

Mines a 1.9td with nearly 240,000 miles amd it passed last October with no comments made , so maybe its because you haven`t buggered around with the fueling and boost settings ?
