46miles on £20 of diesel im averaging at present, (Round town),
this all happend since ichanged the oil,
couid having wrong type engine oil cause poor mpg@?
fuel filter as been changed too,

anyideas ?

Sorry, I'm a bit out of touch here - what does that equate to in miles per gallon?

Around town mine's pretty crap, I'm only getting about 6.5 (43 mpg)

no what imean is the Mpg as gone realy poor driven round town Even at Sunday driver speeds,

I would have thought at that mpg it would be smoking like a pig?

Can't imagine the oil doing that - is it possible you've dislodged a vacuum pipe or something similar?

You aren't losing diesel from the leak-off pipes / return fuel line, are you?

Seems to be Behaving its self now,
ive Been Running it on Sainsburys Derv (Shity deisel ) for a few week seems it dont like it,
it prefares the Cheapo asda stuff, getting alot more miles out of it,
