Plugs and Oil

Going to service her when I get back from holland- car hasn't been driven at all in weeks and properly in months.

Is it a good idea to service it and not drive it? or should you drive a car once it's serviced ASAP to get the oil to circulate etc?

Or do I need to drive it before I service it to get the oil to become drainable? etc?

Anyone recommend any particular oil? 0-30 fully synth. works a treat in the 405 (along with some 2 stroke lawn mower oil I bought from Wilkinsons to top it up :D!)
Finally- what plugs do tubby owners buy and why?

Not advice, just an anecdote. I left a petrol 405 in an airport long stay car part for 3 months (3 week contract turned into 3 months). Got off the plane, paid a small fortune in charges, sat into car, turned key and drove it 100 miles. Gave it a winter service the following week as it was that time of year. I ran it for another 3 years without any problems showing up. HTH

I'm not going to bother servicing the 405 (daily driver at the moment) for precisely that reason-

but the 406 is a turbo petrol- and the turbo is at risk on bad oil isn't it?

Woahhh what? Two stroke oil to top up the oil? How hasent the engine gone bang? :|
Two stroke oil DESTROYS normal engine oil. Is degrades it big time!
Use a cheap 10w40 semi synthetic oil and change it every 6 months.
