Rough, slow idling problem

My 406 is a 1999 V reg 2.0 petrol engined (EW) . When idling the engine is lumpy and hovers at around a little over 650-700rpm. When I stop at traffic lights, it idles at this speed and either cuts out OR the engine management light comes on. The car is also sluggish normally at between 1000-2500rpm but above this and the power really kicks in. I have renewed the lambda sensor, idle control valve and throttle potentiometer - all Pug original parts. Any suggestions as to where I go from here, please?
