If I extrapolate from what Hi-Flow Heads told me this morning, it should in theory be possible for a 2.0i estate to put down about 210bhp if supercharged. Should be good for 0-60 in around 7 seconds?

yeah well its also possible for a 2.0l to put out 300+bhp supercharged, i love how hiflow work they seem to be so amatuer its unbelievable the company is a bit of a joke amoung many pug tuning circles, especially some of there headwork.

it all depends how much CFM of air you run and how VE your engine is.

you need roughly 150CFM for 100bhp although this is modified by how volumetric efficient your engine is (most road going engines are around 80% with some vtecs pushing 90%+

its all about cfm not boost this is howcome you can run 5psi on a t28 and it pushes out more power on the same engine than 10psi on a t25

as for 7 secs yeah i would expect mid to high 7's on a 210bhp estate
