1.8l 16valve timing belt

Hi all, just doing a timing belt change on 1996 1.8l 16 valve. Got a Dayco belt kit and changing the tensioner and also the idler pulley but i cant see anywhere that gives a torque value for the idler pulley bolt. Not in haynes manual. Any info anyone please?
Changing water pump too as sign of a leak.

Can't find it anywhere, just use common sense....tighten it up so it won't come loose.

The tensioner bolt is 20nm.
