Hi all, been given a remap file via email when i download it to my pc it looses the file format and is only registering as a file....is there anything i can download to change the format so it will work with my galletto??

It will do that. Windows wont understand that file format. All you have to do is upload the file to your galletto from windows XP then flash it. 82 seconds later you are mapped!
