Hi All,
I've just removed the head to sort the headgasket, the head gasket has gone between cylinder 2 & 3 and the coolant passage.
Before this I had noticed oil around two of the head bolts (Left hand end/drivers side) and around the injectors etc, towards the left hand end of the head viewed from the front.
There is a ball bearing on one of the oil ways and it appears to be coming from this area, what is the ball bearing and is this a common problem?
Cheers
Chris

I'm afraid I myself am too inexperienced to be of any help, but do you have any pics of these problems?
Particularly of the oil ways and ball bearings?
I wonder whether pictures may help somebody to give you further info.
Out of interest, what symptoms were you seeing prior to the HGF?
Now if I can just fit the mods from "Taxi" http://tinyurl.com/3yug4g3

Please put up a pic since I may have a feeling I've already dealt with this... I had oil inside the injector wells which was cured by changing the gasket, which was a pain since the bolts were completely flat.
