406 hdi 110 rough idle

can anyone give some advise my 406 hdi 110 has rough idle. sometimes its ok but most of the time it runs rough ,when i rev it up its a bit lumpy till it hits the turbo then its ok ,there has been no engine management light come on to check it ,ive done a flow test to the injectors that was ok .changed the fuel pressure sensor still no difference ,changed diesel filter any one got any ideas

Worth checking the engine mounts. You could guess at a possible faulty sensor, but it's probably best to get it diagnosed with a PP2000 sysytem - unlikely to get anywhere with general purpose code readers, as you don't have an EML light / permanent fault logged.
