406 (D9) - Injector hole misaligned

I drive a year 2002 Peugeot 406 (D9) - EW10J4 engine (Petrol 16V 2.0L)
Lately I have some petrol smell which was traced to ONE broken injector o-ring (the smaller ring nearer to the engine block)
When the injectors were removed, I noticed that ALL holes on the intake manifold where the injectors are installed have a manufacturing defect.
The Injector hole tapers to a smaller hole, but the problem is that the smaller hole is NOT CENTRED properly.
I believe I am still leaking a small amount of petrol from the bad seal due to the badly centred hole.
Is this a KNOWN PROBLEM and has this been solved in the later batches of the car ?
Do any of you have the contact of the relevant person in Peugeot France or an email ?
