Oxygen Sensor

Hi All
After the recent problems I have had with cutting out etc..... diagnosed as IAT Sensor, EGR Valve, Fuel Pressure Regulator and various pipes, I though I had the problem solved - but the dreaded 'Anit Pollution Fault Warning and EML light' have come back on
However, I had the codes read and it is showing P0132 02 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank I Sensor 1)
The car had one fitted at 83k, but I think there are two, one either side of the Cat?
The car is running perfectly with good performance and economy, just concerned it may let me down again??
Can anyone advise? or is just and electrical problem such as a bad earth..............
