A good quality semi synthetic 10W/40 will be fine.
I use Silkolene/Fuchs XTR 10W/40, its a semi synthetic although some lesser makes would classify it as fully synthetic due to its ingredients but silkolene do a proper fully syn so they don't like to confuse the branding.
I've used it in all my cars and have always been happy with it, it has very low oil consumption due to vapourisation and stays in grade very well.
