are 90 bhp and 110 bhp radiators the same.

hi folks,ive just noticed that my rad is leaking on my 110 hdi,im going to get a second hand one but are 90 models the same rad.mine has another rad next to it is that the intercooler?is it part of the big rad?thanks steve.

Yep, that's the intercooler. The parts diagrams are very confusing, I suspect the 90 one will fit but it looks like the capacities are different, the 90 without air con takes the same radiator as a 110 with air conditioning, the 90 with air con takes the same rad as a 110 with air con in hot countries :? Seems like the 90 rad is more powerful for whatever reason. They're different again for automatics too.

Here you go, Pugspares lists the same rad for both. Oh crap, it lists loads of them for everything :roll:

Dunno mate, I'd guess yes but it's not my car. If it was I'd want to be 100% sure and get the right one.

90bhp rads are bigger like Steve says.
This is because the 90 hasent got an intercooler and on a hard drive on a hot day they can get very toasty!
