Replacement Radiator

Hi all,

So I've the usual rad/bottom hose joint problem on my 406, and I've got hold of a second hand but nearly new hose.

I'm probably going to have to buy a new radiator, so what brand/type should I go for? Should I stick with OEM (Valeo I think?). I've also heard good things about Nissens.

Any thoughts?

If the rads good u will be ok if u brought the new pipe just take rad off and cut the pipe bend the mental bit in the rad and get a decent pair of grips on it it will come
Out may take a little time and wd40 be a shame to waste money on another rad

I bought mine from eurocarparts, I'm pretty sure that was a Valeo but it was a few years ago now!

Does anyone know if the original OEM radiator is steel or aluminium?
