Hi Pug Lovers
Here's another interesting piece of information from this very usefull site , was trying to get a better idea of the pug hdi engine rather than use the Haynes manual. So found this site from this Philip Christian chap , who obviosly loves his pugs. Its made a hole lot of things seem a lot clearer with this info at hand . Hats off to ya Philip, should be of use to us all, thats the HDI section, maybe not the TDI Passat stuff & his church stuff ?

Thanks for the donation, I'm only glad that this info can help us all with the old pug motor. Its a great resorce to have , and is up with the Haynes maual. Its helped me with my fuel leak from the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail , explained why the ECU might make the engine rev higher on idle. Will get my local mechanic to make sure he gave it the new sensor 33 Ibf ft and hope that does the trick.
