just installed new heater matrix but water leaking from pipe

i cant do them any tighter as im ruining the threads on the screws, and the rubber seals on the pipes look ok

mate take the pipes back out of the matrix and get some instant gasket and put quite a lot around where the pipes go in and also around the rubber seals. Put it back together and leave it overnight. I had to do this to mine, even when i put new rubber seals and matrix it was leaking so i had to use instant gasket and it worked fine

im gonna take it to garage in morning, so howcome its like this when it was ok before? gaskets look good as new i dont understand why its leaking

was it a peugeot part mine wasnt so thats why i think it leaked wiv mine

go to the Main stealer, and get some new seals,
there only pennies,
your s'posed to Throw the old seals away when you replace a Matrix,

i did that i got new seals but it was still leaking
