size intercooler for front mount sri

As title what is the minimum size intercooler I need to front mount on my sri turbo 406?? also inlet and outlet diameter please, I know bigger is better
but can I go to big??

NO NO NO.... we can't have a FMIC on the 406... because of the lack of room behind the bumper... so visit your local bodyshop and find out how much it will cost you to have your bumper extended by 3 - 4 inches and then you can have an FMIC...
Also you don't want to go too big... due to the size of your turbo! its a case of getting a good matching pair... you do want to pay attention to what your getting though, especially in terms of design, build type... bar/plate , bar / tube, single core, multi core etc.. its all about volumetric efficiency and overal pressure drop off at maximum boost !
If that confused you, try reading it back twice ! lol
There are many to chose from and I'd personally look at something more efficient to replace the stock one with. RS500 style lol

I knoi t is tight on room but not a prob going to mount it how the rs turbo escort boys do it and cut the shape from the bumper as I now have two sri's one is going to be a sleeeper the other is going to be lowered o 15" wheels low profile tyres and a proper racer (not chav!!!) think tarmac rally car type of look.
