V6 210 problems

hey all
my brother has coupe V6 210 in and it wont fire on 2 cylinders
as you look at the engine its the 2 from the right
they have a spark but no fuel so what could be making it to do this? they have swapped the injectors and they work on other cylinders but not the front right 2
could it be a ECU problem??

he checked the coils and there fine to
its sparking but not fueling! so to me that only leaves the ECU

Is there pressure/ fuel at the injectors in question?
Does the management light come on during engine operation or what makes him think 2 cylinders arent firing?

not sure if there is fuel there but will ask him
also not sure if the light is on will ask him that aswell
and 2 aint firing as you can hear it not running right and you can remove the coil of the 2 and it runs the same

had an update from him yesterday
they had bosch come in to put a new fault reader in there work so they tried it on the 406 and it is the ECU
what it does is if the ecu senses a miss fire it shuts down that one cylinder so hence why this had 2 not working it had a miss fire on 2 of them
the only pissa is that once it does that you need to send the ecu off to be fixed! so its off being fixed and will report back when it gets back
