I can imagine the BSI being right pleased about that...
Ideas:
*don't cane the car just before you reach your destination.
*when you arrive leave it idling for a minute before you switch it off.

They're more for high output Petrol's to be fair (more heat).
I always let my car run-down before it gets parked if its had a good run (quite often run the cabin heater on full blast too) just to save knocking off the engine/turbo at their hottest.
